When will my order be shipped?

We make every effort to ship out orders as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within

2 business days, however, it can take an additional day or two during periods of exceptionally

high order volume. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered “business

days” for shipping purposes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is shipped, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for delivery depending

on where in the U.S. you are located. We typically ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

We do offer express shipping options on checkout.

How much do you charge for shipping?

UPS 2nd Day Air will be an additional $20, UPS Next Day Air will be an additional $30. Next

Day Air is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/ FPO addresses.

There is no express shipping available to international customers.

Canadian customers are charge a flat rate of $19.99 for shipping. For international customers

(other than Canada) shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.

We ship to Military Addresses (APO, FPO etc.) using Priority Mail ONLY. We charge a flat rate

of $11.99 for shipping. Express shipping is not available.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated in the website checkout

based on the ship to country. For our Canadian customers, we charge a flat rate of $19.95 for

shipping.

Do you charge state sales tax on orders?

State sales tax will not be added to your order unless you are a resident of New York State, in

which case local sales tax will be applied.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases. Items must be returned in “new”

condition complete with original tie box. The tie box and packaging is considered part of the

return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Up to what age do your recommend a “boys” tie?

Tie sizes are based on height rather than age. We would recommend a boys’ tie for men and

boys that are 5 foot tall and under.

Are Team Ties available in Extra Long?

Unfortunately, our team ties are currently available in standard size (and boys’ size) only. Our

standard sized ties are 59 inches long and 3 ¾ inches wide.
