We offer a money back guarantee on all items returned within 30 days.  Returned items must be sent back to us in “new” condition complete with original tie box.  The tie box and packaging is considered part of the return.   We will not accept back any tie that cannot be sold as new again.  This includes ties that have been worn, stained, damaged, or contain household odors.  Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
